CARES 2.0 Presentation

Where is CARES?

The CARES program is currently available in ten metropolitan areas around the United States. In order for an apartment community to have a CARES Team, the company who manages the apartments makes an agreement with Apartment Life, essentially contracting the team. Because of this, not all communities in these cities have CARES Teams.

The CARES program is the leading onsite retention solution in the apartment industry. Apartment Life was founded in 2000 and is now serving hundreds of apartment communities across the country.
