CARES Teams visit each resident prior to renewal to assess satisfaction - uncovering any issues that may put retention at risk.

If ninety-seven percent of apartments are vacated with unreported concerns, then CARES Teams become a critical part of closing your back door! Retention Alerts and monthly trend analysis allow quick intervention by the onsite staff.

What you get:

CARES Team - married couple or two single adults that live onsite to build community and serve residents. Apartment Life recruits, trains, and manages the onsite CARES Team.

The standard CARES Program provides:

Welcome - New residents receive a warm welcome and move-in satisfaction assessment.

Connect - CARES Teams provide up to 3 community events per month.

Care - CARES Teams provide a caring touch to residents and staff when opportunities arise.

Renew - Residents are visited before renewal to assess satisfaction and receive encouragement from the CARES Team to renew.

Retention Alerts  - Onsite staff receive immediate notification of any renewal that is at risk.

Retention Reports - CARES Teams submit monthly reports and trend analysis on critical retention areas.

What you give:

Apartment: standard two bedroom/two bath unit for the CARES Team

Monthly Fee which covers a portion of Apartment Life overhead as a non-profit

Activities Budget: monthly allocation to cover onsite expenses ($1/unit is recommended)
